Mary Kay's Microdermabrasion Plus Set is the perfect exfoliator for busy women! It's quick, easy, and does a great job of exfoliating the top layer of skin. Use it 2-3 times per week right after cleansing. It takes just one minute! In fact, it's perfect to keep in the shower to grab after you wash your face.
Step 1 requires a wet face when you use the scrub, so the shower is a natural place to quickly do it.
The Refine scrub uses the exact same ingredients that you would use in a med spa, but you use your own hands as the machine. So, your do-it-yourself microdermabrasion is very affordable.
The Step 2, Pore Minimizer then soothes and comforts the skin after the refine step and tightens and reduces the size and appearance of the pores.
Revealing Radiance Facial Peel
Exfoliation is espeically critical as we age. Dead skin cells can clog our pores, cause milia, give us an uneven, rough skin texture, and adds a barrier so that our skin care products can't get down into the skin where they do their work.
Our Revealing Radiance Facial Peel is an extension of the Repair Set, but can be used with the Miracle or Men's Set, too. It is to be used 2-3 times per week. After cleansing, you apply a layer of Facial Peel. Allow it to work for 10 minutes and then rinse it off.
Resurfacer Booster
I like to call the Resurfacer Booster as "Baby Retinol." If you're not ready for the Pure Retinol, then this is the product for you. It's not as effective as pure retinol, but it is still an amazing product. If you are using the Retinol 0.5 product, then you do not need the Resurfacer Booster.
The Resurfacer Booster dissolves dead skin cells and breaks the bonds holding the dead skin cells with two powerful prescription-strength hydroxy acids. The surface of your skin will be smoother as you use this powerful booster.
You can use the Resurfacer Booster on your neck and decolletage. Your
neck may be more sensitive to retinol than your face, so the Resurfacer Booster is a great alternative.
This product is used 2-3 times a week at night after cleansing and toning and before moisturizing. Because it can make your skin sensitive to the sun, you need to be sure you wear a facial sunscreen during the day, such as Daytime Defender or the Mineral Facial Sunscreen.
Exfoliating Scrub
This gentle pearlescent scrub is part of the Mary Kay Skin Care Line, for teens, pre-teens, and those with sensitive skin.
It features spherical exfoliants to help polish away dead skin cells and unclog pores to prepare skin to better absorb the next step in your routine.
After using this gentle facial scrub, skin looks soft and smooth and feels deeply cleansed. It’s suitable for use once every other day, 2 or 3 times per week, and it won’t leave skin feeling stripped or dried out.
